Because of several variants that we offer, we send our clients the exact wording of the contract by e-mail before handing over the car. Our clients thus have enough time to get acquainted with them. Our conditions are comprehensible and do not contain any attachments, hidden fees, or anything that our clients should be worried about.

At some rental companies, you must agree with the additions listed in an appendix. We have no attachments! You will receive the entire contract from us before the personal delivery, so you have enough time to get acquainted with it and if there is anything that is not clear to you, do not hesitate to ask for an explanation.

Conditions | Transfer Protocol

Part of every contract you sign with us is a handover protocol, in which you will find all details about the vehicle. Although we have new cars in which you will not find many defects, we give you enough time to inspect the car and record any possible defects.

Conditions | Photoshoot at handover

By taking photos of cars, we protect not only ourselves, but also our clients! When handing over the car, we will take a detailed photo and save the photos so that we both know the condition in which we are handing over the car to you. We will be happy to provide you with photos, or you can of course take a picture of the car yourself.
