Here are the answers to the most frequently asked questions of our clients. If you do not find yours here, do not hesitate to contact us. By phone, by e-mail, via live chat, simply any way. We will be happy to answer your questions.

Why is only a binding reservation possible?

As one of very few truly reliable car rental companies, we have completely transparent conditions, and you can easily obtain a rental price offer via an online calculation for each car. Non-binding requests are unnecessary.

Why is it better to pay by card?

Payment via a secure payment gateway is the fastest way to make a payment and thus secure reservation of the selected car. Payment by bank transfer can take up to 24 hours!

Can I select a car on the spot?

Please do not visit us unnecessarily without prior agreement via the number 608 111 120. It could happen that you arrive at a time when all our colleagues are outside our branch.

Can I pay on the spot?

Of course, but only for currently available cars. That is why we strongly recommend making a reservation on our website with immediate payment (minimum booking deposit).

Is it possible to pay by card at the branch?

Of course! At our branch you can either pay by card or in cash. As well, you can pay on our website via a payment gateway or by bank transfer (a QR code is also available).

What are the cancellation conditions?

If the binding reservation is canceled within 7 days, the cancellation fee is 2,000 CZK without VAT. Up to 48 hours before pick-up, the cancellation fee is 50% of the rental price. If canceled in less than 48 hours, the cancellation fee is 100%.

What is the mileage limit in the price?

When renting a car within 29 days, the daily limit is 200 kilometers. When renting for 30 days or more, the daily limit is 100 kilometers according to the lowest possible rate.

Are the cars insured?

Of course! Because we rent new vehicles, our vehicles have both compulsory liability and automatic accident insurance - all risk.

What is the amount of participation?

The co-participation of vehicles is at least 10% and 30,000 CZK. It can be higher only for minibuses and premium cars, which include the Audi eTron or BMW X5, for which there is a co-payment of up to 50,000 CZK. For more information, please call 608 111 120.

Can we travel abroad with the vehicle?

Of course, we do not restrict our clients and allow travel abroad. Nevertheless, please always inform us about the trip in advance.


Are the cars insured?

Of course! Because we rent new vehicles, our vehicles have both compulsory liability and automatic accident insurance - all risk.

What is the amount of participation?

You can find the amount of co-participation in the detailed profile of each car. However, you can also arrange a zero co-payment from us.

Do cars have highway signs?

All cars in our car rental have highway signs valid in the Czech Republic. Some which are valid in Austria and other EU countries.

Will I get a car with a full tank?

We always hand over our cars with a full tank. Please always refuel when returning the car. The gas station is always close by.

Is it possible to pay by card?

Of course, with us you can pay both by card and in cash. The deposit can be paid in cash or by blocking your card. It's up to you.

How much does another driver cost?

We do not charge any fees for permitting multiple drivers! You can have as many as there can be in the car. Safety first!

Do I have to return the car clean?

You don't have to – but then you must pay a fee of 1,500 CZK for a complete cleaning of the car. Of course, you don't pay anything to return a clean car.

Are cars and vans washed at handover?

We would never dare to hand over a dirty car to a client, never! So yes, you always receive a clean and fragrant car from us.

Can I extend my rental?

Of course you can. Upon your vehicle’s return, we only charge you the price difference. The customer is always right. You can call us at any time and we will make an appointment.

What if I have an accident?

Whether or not you are to blame for the accident, you must always call the police, who will write/record the incident for you. If possible, give us a call.

Do vehicles have towing devices?

Information on the towing device (including load capacity) can be found in the detailed profile of each car in the fleet. Just select one.

Can you provide car accessories?

Yes, in addition to a broad variety of new cars, we also offer car boxes or bike racks. You can find more information in the car accessories section.

What if I have an accident?

Whether or not you are to blame for the accident, you must always call the police, who will write up the incident for you. If possible, give us a call.

Can I smoke in the vehicle?

NO and thank you for respecting our conditions. In addition, you will receive a discount from us thanks to the bonus program!

Can I transport a dog in the car?

Of course. No need to leave your dog at home. Only in your own interest, we request that you clean dog hair from the car before returning it.

Do cars have winter/summer tires?

Yes. You can always get a car from us with tires according to the season and in perfect condition. We would never risk your health!

What documents do I need in order to rent?

You need two valid IDs to sign the contract. A driver's license + ID card (or passport). Entrepreneurs also need a copy of their commercial registry.
